DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! If you want your Audi or BMW fixed right, bring it to the dealership. It may cost more, but atleast the car will get what you pay for. Through my whole Little Germany experience I never knew what I was paying for aside from the fact that it took them far too long to diagnosis it and that the time spent was part of the additional expenses charged. They may be good at doing some things, but diagnosing and repairing 2002 Audi A6s is not one of them. Don't fall prey to paying for hours of diagnosis just to have your vehicle improperly diagnosed and repaired in the end. If you do go, be mentally prepared to pay alot and to be without your car for an undetermined amount of time. The service manager Chris is friendly, but he needs to be if they have had your car for two weeks without knowing whats wrong yet. Like I said in the beginning, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
