Rob did an outstanding job fixing the complex problems with my Audi A4 and kept me apprised throughout the process. He went above and beyond in figuring things out when the other repair shop failed miserably. I would highly recommend checking him out as he will give your car the personalized attention it deserves.

My wife found Robert while looking for directions and called me to say she had found the perfect guy to help me with some work on my future endeavors. As a lifelong VAG enthusiast and having recently relocated to Miami, i was very excited to find someone who shared the passion. I’ve been taking my 80,000 + miles 2001 Audi A6 to “The Master” for some time now, and find Robert to be very knowledgeable. He’s been able to resolve every problem I’ve thrown at him (including diagnosing those non-specific noises or smells that only appear from time to time).
