Mike and his team always take good care of us. The job included installing an aftermarket suspension kit I supplied, which they weren't familiar with. Overall it took more time than expected but they were persistent to get the alignment perfect (most important part), and in the end worked with us on total cost. Outside of a basic oil change, Premier is where we take all our vehicles.

I have a 2018 Audi SQ5. I needed front brakes and the dealer was off the charts with price. I stopped at Premier after driving by their shop for years. They replaced my front brakes with better than stock Audi parts and at a reasonable cost. They took the time and interest to answer my questions about maintaining my car for the long haul as I currently have 95K miles and plan to keep it to at least 200K. Everyone I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Premier.

Premier Eurocars was extremely easy to deal with, charged fairly for the work performed, got authorization before doing any work, suggested ways I could save a couple of bucks, and did a great job of repairing and servicing my car. I took it to them because a prior dealer service failed to properly service the 4 wheel drive system. They understood from the symptoms exactly what was wrong on our Mercedes, suggested the proper service, gave me an estimate and held to that estimate. They are also just really nice too. I highly recommend this shop.

Great shop and were very knowledgeable. Most shops will not service a Bentley but they took my car in and serviced it without any issues. They have a customer for life.

I have to say I was a bit apprehensive. I am in the process of purchasing an Audi but not am from the Philadelphia area and I needed to find someone to provide an honest Pre-Purchase Inspection for me. I found Premier Eurocars via an online search and based on reviews I chose to give them a call. Right from the moment I spoke to them on the phone I knew I had the right place. They treated me like I was their number 1 customer and made all efforts to accommodate me on my recent visit to the area to test drive and verify the auto was what I was expecting. During the PPI, they made a point to show me everything they found and even took me on the shop floor to show me! Almost unheard of today. Kevin was AWESOME!!! (Don't Let him get away) I cannot say enough about how professional he was and took the time to ensure I was pleased with all their service. I was even impressed as I sat and waited on how they treated their other customers both walk in and on the phone ensuring everyone was treated the same. I wish I could take the whole shop back to my city (5.5 hrs drive away) so they could be my shop of choice. Their prices were fair and they were in no way shape or form trying to push any services on me. I would give then 10 starts out of 5 if I could. This is one of the best experiences in my life when it has come to mechanics in my years of owning and having vehicles services....the should be a role model for others to try to beat!

When your Audi is out of warranty take it to these guys. They fix what is wrong the first time and don't find any "extras" to fleece you. If you call ahead they have loaners.

This is great place to get you vehicle serviced. Mike and his team have done all my routine maintenance (breaks, oil changes etc.) and are very honest. They explain everything and only repair what is needed. The loaner car program is also very convenient. Recently the shaft that connects/drives my oil pump failed which caused my oil pump to fail and since the oil pump is hooked to the water pump my engine was without oil and coolant which intern caused a catastrophic engine failure. They worked on my behalf with the warranty company and replaced my engine with a new remanufactured engine directly from Audi. Mike, Kevin and his team did an amazing job. I recommend these guys to everyone. Also, Jesse did a great job replacing my new engine. Everything runs great…

I recently had my car serviced and repaired at Premier Eurocars. I am very pleased with my experience and I commend MIke Forbes/owner, Kevin Forbes/Parts and Service Specialist and Jesse/Pro Mechanic. There is a long history of this shop (previously Galbraith Motors) doing work on Audis and I will continue to bring my car here. The work done was professional and the cost was reasonable.
