Took my 2006 Audi A6 for Transmission service. They had the car for seven hours and NO service was completed. When i went to pick my car up, the yard was locked so I waited across the street. About 40 minutes later the owner shows up driving my car with his son in the car, he used my car to pick him up from school. I was then told the "Service" was going to cost $480 when I was quoted $180. When I questioned the discrepancy, the owner threw my key at me and told me to leave, further supporting the fact that the service I had been waited 7 hours for was not done.
