Owners were very friendly at first. I WAS a long term customer always paid the bill and got the service is needed. Though sometimes I feel the repair charges were over priced ($97 dollars to replace a plastic air intake connector [really a minor fix something ANYONE can do themselves]) took 10 minutes to replace. Parts they buy for you are not alway OEM and usually not the most inexpensive available. I finally left (not cus of the price) but because of the unprofessional way they treat their customers. Several times while I was waiting for a repair I heard the employees talking to (customers?) on the phone, always nice at first but once they have your money it seems you're on their terms. I asked once "who was that?" apparently it was the owner of a BMW who had gotten work done. At first I just gave them the benefit of the doubt , maybe these people they were talking to weren't customers or maybe if they were they owed money. I thought maybe they wouldn't treat me that way, after all I was a loyal customer of 2 years? WRONG. At one point I had pulled around the back of the repair shop hoping to diagnose a vacuum leak when I was approached by the owner. The first thing she asked me was "what are you doing here?" (getting my car repaired?).....long story short I don't recommend this place because of the miserable way they have treated other customers and particularly after how they treated me. You'll probably get the same or better service elsewhere minus the drama.
