    Dave Banazek

    Owner

    Dave Banazek started DART Auto in 2001 with his partner Art Schuster.
    Dave had a background in sales and business, and Art had an
    engineering background. Dave & Art were very active in the Porsche club
    and driver education events and racing. Both were car nuts having
    owned, rebuilt, modified all sorts of cars. Starting as a Porsche used
    parts business, they expanded into Porsche car sales, racing services and
    Porsche maintenance.

    In 2005 Dave was looking to expand the service business. Art went on to
    pursue other endeavors and Dave purchased the current location for DART Auto. Initially only servicing Porsche street and race cars, DART quickly expanded to service all makes of German cars. DART hired factory trained technicians with extensive experience servicing on Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, BMW & Mini Cooper. A heavy investment was made to acquire the factory tools necessary to diagnose and repair these sophisticated vehicles.

    Dave continues to be involved in local car club events, motorcycles and
    all sorts of cars.

    Consistently good and professional service. The team at Dart always does a nice job in accommodating schedules, offering loaner cars, and providing great care and service that is both professional and reasonable. I have used them for over 10 years with several different Audis and Dave and the crew always provide the right level of "treatment" for what is going on. I have never felt that they do things to the car just to make a dollar (or many). They offer very reasonable advice about what is going on from the perspective of maintenance and in addressing problems. Definitely am a fan!

    Awesome appointment! This was the best experience I've had to date! I dropped my car off for an oil change and was provided a loner to get to work. My car was ready by midday and I was able to drop off the loner and pick mine up before end of work. They checked other things in the car and showed they were fine. They didn't try to sell extra services and were so efficient. Great experience!

    Work is always done properly and on time. Dart is much more reasonable and feel the mechanics are much better the the dealerships. These guys actually race cars and have a better feel for the cars then a dealers mechanic. Awesome shop! I recommend them highly.     Superb German Independent Shop! After being through both dealer and other dealer-want-to-be independent shops, I spoke to David over the phone and requested a last-minute appointment on battery issue on my Audi. He was able to slot some time the next day knowing that it is a battery issue. Once I had a chance to meet David, I felt like he is a trustworthy guy. He and his team were able to do a repair quickly and at a reasonable price.

    I will definitely go back to Dart again on my next service needs.

    I've taken both of my S4s to DART auto for over 10 years, most recently I had my car aligned and an oil change. They are best known for their Porsche service and Porsche race car work in Denver, but handle nearly all other makes of German cars (all except MB). The techs at DART have performed all regular maintenance, performance upgrades and emergency service to my Audis. Fair pricing and I always get a straight answer on what needs to be done on my cars. Any time I've had to leave my car for a day or 2, they have provided me with a loaner car so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of being dropped off. Highly recommend.
