    During your Elite Motor Works of Sarasota Audi repair experience you will meet owner and lead technician Jamie Caldwell. Jamie has over 20 years experience working on BMW, Lexus and Mercedes cars. Along with being factory trained on each brand, Jamie is also ASE Master Certified.

    Recently took my '97 Z3 to the Lakewood Ranch facility. This service center is first class. Super clean and professional. Erik, the service advisor, was communicative and kept me up to speed on the status throughout. Very transparent with photos to document and explain everything being done. They will continue to get my repeat business. High comfort level with giving them my car.

    I brought in my car that had a slight vibration in the steering wheel at speed. They did a quick diagnosis and found the suspension was fine but the wheel weights looked “off” since they were on the opposite side to the marks on the rim. The car had new tires put on at another shop before I bought it and their tech must have done it wrong because after the guys Elite road forced balanced them, the ride was smooth as butter! So happy for the quick turnaround and smooth ride!

    Cant believe how good this place is. I towed them a horrible 2008 Audi A8L that the Audi dealership refused to work on. Not only did they fix everything for less than I expected but I received full communication about costs and timing every step. Now it runs like new and everything works as it should. Trust this company with your 4 wheeled babies. They rock!

    Romao and his team came through for me, provided excellent service and expertise, and gained a new customer. In November 2022, I took a 2021 BMW 540xi on an overnight test drive from the dealer and wanted to have a PPI / pre-purchase inspection the next morning. Elite was a referral of a referral and I explained the time urgency. Understanding the time-sensitivity Romao worked me into the schedule. He personally looked at the car, his mechanic took it for a test drive, put up on the lift and spent almost and hour with it, checking it inside and out. They checked to make sure it was not in a previous accident, if it needed any repair or maintenance, checked the Carfax, and gave their overall rating of the vehicle. This shop specializes in European cars and in fact some of his mechanics are experts specific to Mercedes, Audi, BMW Porsche, etc, and that’s all they work on. I had complete peace of mind after my appointment, and bought the car that afternoon. You will also receive a written email report detailing the inspection and any recommendations. I live in Fort Myers but will make the trip to Elite when I need maintenance for my BMW. If you have a European car, next time you need something, a pre-purchase inspection, repair, even just an oil change, call or visit their shop and speak with Romao. You won’t be disappointed.
