The prices are very reasonable as well. I've taken my car to the Audi dealership before and received quotes, but European Autohaus has always come out to be the best deal. It just makes no sense to pay the higher labor rate at a dealership when the guys at European have the same technical certifications and use the same OEM parts and equipment. John is my usual technician and I don't think there is any issue with my car that he couldn't handle.
The service manager, Zonald, is extremely knowledgeable. He has helped me keep the car operating perfectly and keep the cost of ownership down. He also is very straight forward about what maintenance needs to be done and explains why he recommends it.
