    As a first-time customer experience here, I was impressed with the care and professionalism offered by the shop mechanic and the customer service manager. They gave my car a thorough review and suggested appropriate repairs. Regretably, the suggested repairs were more than I expected. That said, those suggestions were thorough. Now I’ll have to prioritize what I can afford to fix in the short run. I did take the car on a 1200 mile trip to Canada and the car performed well. Bottom line, I expect to have these folks do more work on my BMW.

    My encounter with Excluservice was a wonderful experience, especially working with my Service Advisor Ray. I have an older model BMW and Ray informed me that one of their Technician works exclusively on older BMW's. I really felt l could trust their recommendations, and comfortable proceeding with the work. I plan not to go anywhere else for the health of my car.

    In this historic heat wave, the shop agreed to take in my car immediately and found why the air conditioning had lost its cool. It's a long diagnostic process but the technician found the freon level way low, and thankfully no leaks. He got me back on the road the next day, with a full diagnostic report on all other systems and even new stems on all my tires. Excluservice is efficient and thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I've been a loyal customer since 2005.

    I took my Golf in for an oil change and they did a good inspection of my car while it was being serviced. Really good service and friendly staff. They did a very good job explaining and answering questions on what was found on my car and what needed urgent maintenance and what needed future work on down the road. Will definitely be coming back for future service on my VW!
