I used Island Sport Works for the first time, last week. I own an Audi A4 3.2 Quattro. I was extremely pleased with all the time Tyler took answering my questions about his shop & their craft as German vehicle specialists. Mike, continued excellent customer service with discussing the details of my repairs (no matter how many questions I had) & pricing. The knowledge & professionalism of each employee made me comfortable, to use their shop, for the first time. The work was completed on the day promised, for the amount promised, no surprise hidden costs! It was a pleasure doing business with their shop & my car is running better than ever! Highly recommend Island Sport Works to any German car owner!

Recently had Island Sport Works do some major engine-removing timing system work. I've used other German car shops before, and my experience here was the best. Labor pricing very fair, extremely knowledgeable staff, and excellent communication at all times throughout the repair process. It's a labor of love for these guy and it shows! Highly recommended.

Island Sport Works did a great job installing my 034 Sway Bar and End Links on my Audi S6. Tyler and his team are very friendly. They all had time to talk to you and ask questions. Their prices are very competitive and I plan on coming back.

Hands down Island Sport Works is the only shop I will bring any of my vehicles to. I currently own a 04 VW GLI, 13 GLI, 01 AUDI TT And a 14 AUDI RS5. The front office and technicians there can handle anything you throw at them. Tyler's knowledge and craftsmanship is what keeps me coming back. Spot on perfect work every time I have ever gone there. From qualifying their customers needs to getting them out the door in a timely manner with a smile on their face. This is the place to go. Always look forward to getting one of my cars down there for some more work.

Once I purchased my S3, I immediately began looking for a local shop in order to maintain my car and potentially look into some performance options. I read some reviews about Island Sport Works online and decided to try out the shop.

I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge that Tyler has about the MQB platform and Sway was a pleasure to deal with as well. The staff was very courteous and completed all of the work on time and accurately.

One of the most important things that I look for in a shop is support with answering my questions before and after I install parts or software. An example of that is I spoke with Tyler on multiple occasions before deciding to move forward to flashing my car with the Unitronics Stage 1+ ECU & TCU tune. Other examples of things that Island Sport Works has done to my car include: alignment, oil changes, tire rotation, cold air intake install, performance software flashes. They are also capable of much more including engine rebuilds for those going that route.

The bottom line is that, from my experience, Island Sport Works is a good and honest shop with highly trained staff and reasonable prices. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone interested in maintaining their vehicle or adding performance to it.
