    Dear Stephen:

    I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for you and your operation that you can feel free to

    use as needed.

    Mozart's Garage has taken care of my BMW 2002 (personal) and BMW 318i (work) for the past decade and I couldn't be happier with the service. You guys have handled everything from regular oil changes to almost anything short of an engine rebuild. Every time I leave the shop, the vehicle is running great and I'm glad I brought it in. As I drive a lot for work, I depend on knowing the car is running good and I enjoy it running great.

    I appreciate not only your mechanical abilities, but your communication skills. You explain the

    problems well and you make it clear what is going on if something needs to be taken care of. I use the

    words 'taken care of’ because you also pay more than enough attention to the car every time I bring it in

    such that you know how it is operating and know what needs to be done to get and keep it operating at

    its best.

    I feel fortunate to have you as my mechanic and know that you are one of the best out there. When I meet someone with a BMW, I usually ask them if they know you and then I recommend your services if they don't. Most often they do, and they nod their head in agreement when I comment on how well you take care of the vehicles.
