Had a great repair experience. They provided an accurate up front quote and provided clear and effective communication. Very polite and professional. When some parts were unexpected delayed they communicated the matter quickly and provided a loaner car. Very satisfied and will definitely be using again.

I own two foreign cars a Jaguar and Range Rover and I'm always concerned about bringing my cars in for service and repairs. Most repair shops have issues working on these types of vehicles and it ends up costing more than it should. Bobby Judge and the team at International Motor group put my concerns at ease. The convertible top on my 2007 Audi A4 ceased working. Brought it to the dealer for repair. $2200 later the top worked but only manually. They said I needed a new pump and motor. Quoted @ $3300.00. Went on line, bought a warranted used part for $200. Carl & Bobby Judge were great, part installed for way less than the dealer quote. My top now operates as it should. Great service, professional and friendly from the first phone call to the time I picked up my car. Will be returning to IMG for all my service and repairs from now on. If you were smart, you would too.

Best diagnostic and repair shop around, but I am spoiled as they are just a mile from my house. Highly recommend for Audi and Porsche work and have two books worth of receipts to prove it.

The two gentlemen at the East Greenwich service station were really helpful! My 22-year old TT had what I thought was one fixable issue. Lucky for me, they inspected the whole car and uncovered several issues that were not just expensive, but actually quite dangerous. Sadly I will sell my car, but better that, then pay to fix one problem with many other expensive, possible dangerous problems, just around the corner. I really appreciate the timely information!

You need an independent shop like this if you want to keep your older Audi (like mine) from a scrap yard. IMG has an honest staff that tells you the facts & then backs up their work.

I had a headlight out and call IMG to see when I might be able to sneak in for an appointment to change it. Bobby not only got me in within 30 minutes of when I called, but also arranged a loaner car for me. He was as thorough and professional as any service person I've ever dealt with throughout the process, all the way through picking up my vehicle later that day.

Pete and the team are trying professionals. I have had leaking oil issues with my car and they have diagnosed the issues and made the needed repairs.

The latest leaks that were happening were new issues that popped up. They diagnosed and let me know of the potential pitfall of costs and helped me to gauge if I should spend or move onto a new vehicle. After a test drive with a new vehicle from them I made the choice to trade in for a new vehicle.

Excellent service with the service and sales teams there.
