I switched back to IMG after bringing my cars to Inskip Mercedes/BMW/Porsche because I bought them there. Jeremy and Brennon are always personable and the work done professionally. When I picked up my car today, I tried to negotiate a discount since Lenny and I were neighbors way back when. Lenny should be proud that they turned me down with a smile. ;-)

Best diagnostic and repair shop around, but I am spoiled as they are just a mile from my house. Highly recommend for Audi and Porsche work and have two books worth of receipts to prove it.

The two gentlemen at the East Greenwich service station were really helpful! My 22-year old TT had what I thought was one fixable issue. Lucky for me, they inspected the whole car and uncovered several issues that were not just expensive, but actually quite dangerous. Sadly I will sell my car, but better that, then pay to fix one problem with many other expensive, possible dangerous problems, just around the corner. I really appreciate the timely information!

You need an independent shop like this if you want to keep your older Audi (like mine) from a scrap yard. IMG has an honest staff that tells you the facts & then backs up their work.

I had a headlight out and call IMG to see when I might be able to sneak in for an appointment to change it. Bobby not only got me in within 30 minutes of when I called, but also arranged a loaner car for me. He was as thorough and professional as any service person I've ever dealt with throughout the process, all the way through picking up my vehicle later that day.

Pete and the team are trying professionals. I have had leaking oil issues with my car and they have diagnosed the issues and made the needed repairs.

The latest leaks that were happening were new issues that popped up. They diagnosed and let me know of the potential pitfall of costs and helped me to gauge if I should spend or move onto a new vehicle. After a test drive with a new vehicle from them I made the choice to trade in for a new vehicle.

Excellent service with the service and sales teams there.
