I've been a customer for a couple of years. I'm a high mileage commuter (around 28k per annum) so I only drive Audis. Christian and his staff provide exceptional quality work in a timely and prompt manner. There are many jobs I would never consider letting an Audi main dealer do as I just don't think they can retain staff and provide the quality Das European Autohaus does. A rare find in Houston.
Great alternative to Audi dealerships. Good people, amazing showroom, very clean and fast WiFi. Gave suggestions and pics as to work done and recommended. I tell everyone I know with an Audi or any German made vehicle to go and see these guys.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Their service is quick, yet precise. I was updated every step of the way with ever detail and even shown the problems. I was treated with the utmost courtesy and never talked to like a number. Christian was very honest every step of the way and never tried to tack on last minute charges or repairs like dealers. I will be back with my Audi and with my wife's Mercedes, because they did not only make a customer they also made a friend!
