Reviews are not something that I tend to leave often for I do not always feel as though people go above and beyond to ensure the service that they are providing is top notch. HOWEVER, German Motorsports and everyone that I have dealt with here needs to be spotlighted for their exceptional customer service and work. My Audi A3 needed some work. She is on the older side and as we age some, she has too. German Motorsports was a recommendation from my boyfriend who lives in NH. I live in Maine and I am all done giving my business to the dealership so I went with the supporting of small business and I will tell you all reading my review...if you want high quality work done without the dealership cost...make the drive to Gilford. The communication, appreciation and cost will not disappoint nor will it make you feel as though you need to eat Ramen for the next week. So, to ALL of you working at German Motorsports in Gilford, NH...I thank you and appreciate you more than you know. You will forever have my business.

I have 4 Audi's 2 Mercedes and 1 BMW and have had the best service experience with them. they used to be lakes region Vw Audi so I know they are qualified...

My Audi started having a major issue while I was driving through the area. I called this shop and although they were busy, they agreed to take my car in and look for the problem, which I especially appreciated because I was just passing through and on my way north for the day. They found the problem very quickly, had the new part on hand, charged a very reasonable rate for labor, and even washed and vacuumed my car. I was so lucky that my car broke down so close to this shop as opposed to anywhere else and that they took it in and fixed it so quickly. Great experience here.

I must admit I dont normaly bring my Audi's to any place but the dealer but they came so highly recomended by everybody I talked to who drives an audi I just had to go. I will say I will see them for my next service. they thoroughly explained the products they were using and what they were going to do as a service recomended by Audi. they all came from the local Audi dealer and they work on BMW's also... I guess i will bring my M3 in for oil changes.
